360° feedback for companies
360° feedback for everyone in your companywithout flat forms
Eleva organises 360° feedback for your people by role, with a methodology created by psychologists and evaluation experts, and turns it into clear results.
With Eleva we went from guessing to knowing. The evidence from every cycle shows us how the school is doing, role by role, and lets us decide better and in time. We now evaluate in weeks what used to take us months, at lower cost and with more clarity.

First the structure, then the rubric, and finally the 360° cycle. At every step, the company reviews, adjusts and decides.
Load your company's structure and link each position to a catalog role. The AI suggests the best fit and explains why, and you confirm it or pick another.
Every role gets a rubric with curated questions, organised by framework and area and tied to the labour regulations that apply where you operate. The AI accompanies you through the selection and helps with any doubts along the way; adjust whatever you want before publishing.
Decide how much each perspective weighs and which stages the process goes through, launch it and, at the close, get achievement by domain with an improvement suggestion for each person.
Security & compliance
You're handling people's data, so every process has controlled access and a record of who did what.
Each role sees only what concerns it: leadership, HR, managers, evaluators and the people evaluated.
Every change and every approval is recorded, with a history for each evaluation process.
You decide how long data is kept, in line with your policies, and can export it whenever you want.
FAQ
What leadership teams, managers and HR ask us most.
Yes. Eleva evaluates all your people, from leadership and managers to operations, sales and administrative teams. Each position in the org chart is linked to a catalog role, with its name, aliases and gender variants.
The rubric follows Eleva's methodology and is always a proposal, never an imposition: you review the questions, adjust dimensions and weights, and approve it before launching the process. Every process freezes its configuration when it is generated, so past cycles stay untouched.
The AI does not invent content: it guides your team through Eleva's methodology. It points you to the catalog role that matches each position and explains why, walks you through assembling the rubric from the curated bank, clears up doubts during the process and, at the end, organises the improvement suggestions by domain. The decisions — the role, the rubric, the weights and the result — always belong to the company.
Every question in the bank declares the regulations and frameworks it evaluates: labour law, workplace and sexual harassment, equal pay, non-discrimination, health and safety at work and personal data protection, the same ground that well-known laws such as the GDPR or equal pay and anti-harassment legislation cover. Each role's rubric shows exactly what it aligns to.
The 360° looks at each person from four perspectives: their self-assessment, their manager's view, their direct reports' and their peers', with the weights you define (together they add up to 100). The process goes through six stages: in preparation, started, in feedback, feedback answered, finalized and closed.
Yes. Central configuration sets the default stages and values for the whole group, and each company can override them on its own stages page.
